Damocles is a business-management app for business owners. It gives a signed-in owner secure access to their own dashboard to manage bookings, messages, calls, and photos for their business. This policy explains what the app handles and how it is protected.
Damocles is used by business owners and their staff, not by the general public. You sign in with a password provided to you for your business dashboard. The app does not create consumer accounts and does not require the public to register.
Solely to operate the app for you: to show you your dashboard, deliver notifications you asked for, and connect calls you choose to take. We do not use your data for advertising, and we do not profile you or your customers.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your information or your customers' information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. Data is only processed by the infrastructure that runs the app (secure cloud hosting) strictly to provide the service to you.
The app relies on trusted providers only to deliver its features: secure cloud hosting for your dashboard and data, and a telephony provider to place and receive the calls and text messages you send from the app. These providers process the data only to perform those functions and are bound to protect it.
Business data is kept while your business uses the service and can be deleted on request. You control what appointments, messages, and photos exist through the dashboard. To delete your account and associated data, contact us at the address below.
Damocles is a tool for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. It does not knowingly collect information from children.
Connections use HTTPS encryption. Access to a dashboard requires the business password. Notification tokens and session data are handled securely.
