These terms govern the Damocleslab SMS/text-message program. By opting in online at our sign-up form you agree to these terms.
When you opt in, Damocleslab sends you transactional text messages: appointment reminders, booking confirmations, account notifications and one-time verification (2FA) codes. Verification codes are sent only when you start a login or a booking.
Message frequency varies based on your activity and appointments.
Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's standard rates apply to messages you send and receive. Damocleslab does not charge for the messages themselves.
Reply STOP to any message to cancel at any time; you will receive one confirmation and no further messages. Reply HELP for help, or email [email protected].
Supported carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to your carrier's network and is not guaranteed.
Your information is handled per our Privacy Policy. We never sell or share your mobile number or SMS opt-in data with third parties.
